Pola makan tinggi lemak, kurangnya aktivitas fisik, tingginya tingkat stres, hingga kualitas tidur yang semakin buruk menjadi kombinasi yang memicu berbagai penyakit kronis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jika dahulu penyakit seperti stroke lebih banyak dialami kelompok lanjut usia, kini kondisi tersebut mulai banyak ditemukan pada usia produktif, bahkan di bawah 40 tahun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Salah satu penyebab yang sering luput dari perhatian adalah gangguan tidur. Beberapa tanda yang perlu diwaspadai antara lain:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Wajah tampak menurun sebelah. <\/strong>Salah satu sisi wajah terlihat turun atau sulit digerakkan. Ketika diminta tersenyum, senyuman tampak tidak simetris.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Lengan atau kaki tiba-tiba lemah. <\/strong>Penderita mendadak kesulitan mengangkat salah satu lengan atau kaki. Bahkan, anggota tubuh tersebut bisa terasa mati rasa secara tiba-tiba.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Gangguan bicara. <\/strong>Ucapan menjadi pelo, sulit berbicara, atau kesulitan memahami pembicaraan orang lain.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Penglihatan terganggu. <\/strong>Pandangan menjadi kabur, ganda, atau bahkan kehilangan penglihatan secara mendadak pada salah satu mata.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sakit kepala hebat secara tiba-tiba. <\/strong>Terutama jika disertai muntah, penurunan kesadaran, atau kehilangan keseimbangan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sulit berjalan dan kehilangan koordinasi. <\/strong>Penderita dapat merasa pusing hebat, kehilangan keseimbangan, hingga terjatuh tanpa sebab yang jelas.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Apabila salah satu gejala tersebut muncul, segera bawa penderita ke rumah sakit tanpa menunggu keluhan membaik sendiri.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-4fc3f8e1 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Mengapa Mengorok Bisa Berkaitan dengan Stroke?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tidak semua orang yang mengorok mengalami sleep apnea. Namun, dengkuran yang keras, disertai napas terhenti beberapa saat, kemudian terdengar seperti tersedak atau terengah-engah, patut diwaspadai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pada penderita sleep apnea, saluran napas menyempit ketika otot tenggorokan mengendur saat tidur.
