Sejumlah penelitian terbaru menunjukkan bahwa konsumsi buah-buahan, sayuran, rempah-rempah, hingga makanan kaya nutrisi nabati dapat membantu menghambat pertumbuhan sel kanker dalam tubuh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Temuan tersebut semakin memperkuat pentingnya gaya hidup sehat sebagai langkah preventif terhadap penyakit mematikan tersebut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dilansir dari kanal Lifestyle melalui Mandaya Hospital pada Senin (11\/5\/2026), berbagai bahan pangan alami diketahui memiliki kandungan aktif yang bersifat antikanker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nutrisi tersebut bekerja dengan membantu tubuh melawan radikal bebas, mengurangi peradangan, hingga mendukung sistem kekebalan tubuh dalam melawan pertumbuhan sel abnormal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Salah satu buah yang banyak mendapat perhatian adalah apel.
