sehat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Salah satu manfaat utama teh hijau adalah kandungan katekin, senyawa antioksidan yang mampu melawan radikal bebas dalam tubuh. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zat ini berperan penting dalam menjaga kesehatan sel serta membantu memperlambat proses penuaan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selain itu, teh hijau juga dikenal dapat membantu menurunkan berat badan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kandungan di dalamnya mampu meningkatkan metabolisme tubuh dan membantu proses pembakaran lemak, terutama jika dikombinasikan dengan olahraga teratur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tak hanya itu, konsumsi teh hijau secara rutin juga dikaitkan dengan penurunan risiko berbagai penyakit seperti: Diabetes dan Penyakit Jantung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hal ini karena teh hijau dapat membantu menjaga kadar kolesterol dan kesehatan pembuluh darah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dari sisi kognitif, teh hijau mengandung kafein dalam jumlah ringan serta L-theanine yang bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan fokus dan konsentrasi tanpa menyebabkan efek gelisah berlebihan seperti kopi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Namun demikian, manfaat tersebut hanya bisa diperoleh jika teh hijau dikonsumsi dengan cara yang tepat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Disarankan untuk menyeduh teh hijau dengan air bersuhu sekitar 70\u201380 derajat Celsius agar kandungan nutrisinya tetap terjaga.Waktu konsumsi juga menjadi perhatian. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Teh hijau sebaiknya diminum pada pagi atau siang hari, serta dihindari saat malam karena kandungan kafeinnya dapat mengganggu kualitas tidur. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selain itu, konsumsi teh hijau tidak dianjurkan saat perut kosong karena berpotensi menyebabkan gangguan lambung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Untuk hasil maksimal, teh hijau sebaiknya dikonsumsi tanpa tambahan gula atau pemanis. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para ahli juga menyarankan agar konsumsi dibatasi sekitar dua hingga tiga cangkir per hari guna menghindari efek samping seperti insomnia atau iritasi lambung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dengan berbagai manfaat yang ditawarkan, teh hijau dapat menjadi pilihan
